Project Information

The Project Information dialog allows you to specify details of your project, which are then incorporated into your source code. Some of the information is purely transferred to the program header. The rest of the information is used by PIC Press to ensure the relevant features are enabled for your project, and also when making certain calcuations for the macros.

Functions

Project Title This determines the title of your project.
Author This determines the author of the project.
Version This determines the version of the project.
Date This determines the start date of the project.
Pic Type- Select This opens the Pic Select Dialog, allowing you to choose which PIC you will use in your project.
Oscillator Type This determines what type of oscillator you will connect to your PIC. You will be asked for this by the PIC programmer when you finally come to program the physical PIC.
Clock Frequency This determines the clock frequency of the oscillator you are using.
